We’ve had multiple significant and successful campaigns with military logistics providers. Element Consultants strived to build on it by enhancing the environmental management capabilities of remote unit leaders. We recognized how intricate and demanding managing hazardous materials, hazardous waste, fueling operations, material storage, and air quality programs was. So, our objective was to empower unit managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to run their sustainability programs efficiently.

Our approach involved developing a comprehensive training program tailored specifically to the needs of unit managers. The training curriculum was designed to cover all critical aspects of environmental management relevant to their operations. We specifically aligned the program with federal environmental standards, enabling the managers to enhance their operational expertise and pursue professional-level certifications from recognized federal environmental programs.

The training was conducted in phases, ensuring minimal disruption to the ongoing operations of each unit. The enthusiastic participation underscored the program's effectiveness and the managers' commitment to environmental stewardship.
